Responsibilities
- Test and validate wired networking protocols and enterprise wireless LAN systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues in production environments.
- Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for testing and validation.
- Collaborate with development, QA, SRE, and support teams to enhance product quality.
- Develop and use AI and automation tools for debugging and log analysis.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in wired networking protocols or enterprise wireless LAN testing.
- Strong understanding of network security concepts and infrastructure services.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong programming and debugging skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
