Responsibilities
- Capture and catalog product demos in DemoHub so they are organized, tagged, discoverable, and reusable globally.
- De-brand, clean up, and refine prospect-specific demos for broader organizational use.
- Refresh demos with new Appian features, product releases, go-to-market narratives, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain the DemoHub Appian application, including building features, fixing bugs, and improving usability.
- Record, edit, and update interactive clickable demos using a commercial third-party demo platform.
- Create walkthrough videos, demo scripts, talk tracks, and quick-reference guides.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, the SPEAR Team, and other presales stakeholders worldwide.
- Improve demo ingestion, cataloging, and maintenance workflows and support additional presales enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing, developing, and debugging applications with Appian or a similar low-code application development platform.
- Excellent technical and programming skills with demonstrated examples of delivering polished work.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with global stakeholders across multiple time zones in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with interactive demo platforms such as Storylane, Reprise, Navattic, or Walnut is preferred.
- Familiarity with video recording and editing tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent work experience.
