Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding workflows, compliance steps, document management, and cross-module integrations.
- Support end-to-end delivery from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
- Use AI copilots, LLM-based tools, and pre-built AI services for requirements analysis, configuration validation, test generation, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate Onboarding with Employee Central, Recruitment, HRIS Sync, DMS, and third-party systems.
- Participate in client workshops, solution walkthroughs, root cause analysis, governance, compliance, security, and continuous improvement activities.
- Create reusable configuration templates, process documentation, and AI-enabled best-practice accelerators.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, preferably version 2.0.
- Understanding of onboarding workflows, compliance forms, document management, transitions, and cross-module impacts.
- Experience using AI copilots, LLM-based documentation tools, and AI-enabled impact analysis or testing accelerators.
- Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities without requiring custom model building or RAG/agentic AI development.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, AI-tool limitations, and safe deployment in HR contexts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable configuration and collaborate across functional and technical teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Onboarding or Employee Central is preferred.
- Experience with forms, workflow automation, document management tools, API-based integrations, CPI, Boomi, or automated testing frameworks is preferred.
