Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
- Support packaged and SaaS applications, manage releases, and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Implement application enhancements by collaborating with cross-functional teams and gathering requirements.
- Use APIs and web services to support ServiceNow integrations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and guide junior team members on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal is required.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is required.
- Familiarity with APIs and web services for ServiceNow integrations is required.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, release management, and version control is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
