Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and Portal applications to meet business needs.
- Gather requirements and implement application enhancements with cross-functional teams.
- Use APIs and web services to support ServiceNow integrations.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability.
- Manage application releases and version-control processes.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed system records.
- Contribute solutions independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Familiarity with APIs and web services for ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with low-code/no-code application platforms.
- Understanding of release management and version control for packaged applications.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
