Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and changes while preserving compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective configurations.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization in packaged or SaaS environments.
- Experience with APIs and low-code platforms.
- Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability through change management.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and performance monitoring tools for packaged applications.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
