Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Salesforce OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and other middleware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development, testing, code review, and version control best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and integrations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer.
- Experience developing and customizing Salesforce OmniStudio components.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
