Responsibilities
- Develop customized and configurable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Design, code, implement, and integrate Salesforce applications with external systems.
- Work with Health Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Salesforce administration.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for projects, enhancements, and production issues.
- Perform code reviews and apply Salesforce design patterns and best practices.
- Guide technical teams with technical advice, code review feedback, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience is stated, with another section requiring 6+ years and current experience as a Senior Developer.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Salesforce integration, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience with payer and provider data management is required; prior care management implementation experience is preferred.
- Mandatory certifications or qualifications include Health Cloud, OmniStudio, PD1/PD2, and Service Cloud; Salesforce external and AP certifications are desirable.
- Gen AI exposure, stakeholder management, Salesforce development skills, and Agile methodology knowledge are required or preferred as stated.
