Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing components, including requisitions, postings, candidate profiles, workflows, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
- Gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, perform SIT/UAT, deploy changes, and provide hypercare support.
- Integrate Recruiting with Employee Central, Onboarding, HRIS Sync, job boards, and third-party recruiting systems.
- Use AI copilots and pre-built AI services for requirements summarization, specification creation, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, candidate-flow analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with hiring regulations, data privacy policies, responsible AI expectations, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Central and Onboarding teams, vendors, and technical integration teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing.
- Understanding of requisition templates, application templates, candidate profile management, and recruiting workflows.
- Familiarity with integrations involving Employee Central, Onboarding, job boards, and recruiting vendors.
- Experience using AI copilots, documentation automation tools, and AI-enabled testing accelerators.
- Ability to incorporate pre-built AI services into hiring workflows without developing custom AI models.
- Understanding of responsible AI use in hiring, including fairness and data privacy.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and system-configuration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification, global hiring and compliance experience, recruiting analytics or candidate-experience platform exposure, and CPI or Boomi familiarity are preferred.
