Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while adapting features to business needs.
- Manage software releases and maintain application compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed system modification records.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge with junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with TIBCO Data Virtualization Platform.
- Experience configuring and managing packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for customizing application features.
- Ability to troubleshoot system stability and performance issues.
- Understanding of software release management and version control processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
