Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle software onboarding and implementation programs for new and existing Tekla Structures clients.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions, analyze requirements, troubleshoot output customization challenges, and engineer tailored structural detailing workflows.
- Develop onboarding materials, system configurations, and best-practice guidelines for structural detailing standards.
- Help clients establish deployment milestones, provide technical guidance, and track project deliverables and engagement logs.
- Coordinate across Sales, Support, and Product Development and present the value of Professional Services to prospective clients.
- Relay real-world customer feedback to core engineering teams to influence future software capabilities.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of direct, hands-on experience using Tekla Structures across Steel and Concrete modules.
- 6–7 years of hands-on structural detailing and design experience with strong expertise in structural steel and reinforced concrete workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fluent written and spoken English with exceptional interpersonal and client-engagement skills.
- Strong diagnostic capability, ability to troubleshoot software issues independently, and ability to manage tight schedules with minimal supervision.
- Hindi fluency, experience with international engineering codes and standards, and willingness to learn complementary Trimble software products are preferred.
