Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues affecting application availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Work independently as a subject-matter expert and contribute solutions to technical problems.
- Participate in team discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Experience configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms.
- Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing technical challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education.
