Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to define solution requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Evaluate and recommend technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Propose enhancements to application architecture and technical design.
- Ensure solution alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Participate in technology planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, test, and support high-performing web applications and microservices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java (up to Java 21) and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed application design.
- Proficiency in Angular or React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL; knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis is a plus.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA for ORM.
- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Strong understanding of Bitbucket and Bamboo.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
