Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular or React, and microservices architecture.
- Build and integrate AWS solutions using Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Develop high-performance APIs and backend services for workforce management and contact center capabilities.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders on solution design, technical discussions, and feature delivery.
- Implement containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes with CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Create automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites and support quality engineering and production stability.
- Integrate enterprise applications with Amazon Connect and related contact center platforms.
- Contribute to voice and telephony platform development involving SIP-based systems, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, call routing, and contact center routing frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues across application, cloud, and telephony layers while supporting security, privacy, and operational compliance.
Requirements
- Highly skilled full-stack development experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, React or Angular, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, automated testing, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with Amazon Connect or related contact center platforms.
- Exposure to SIP-based communications, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, call routing, or contact center routing frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and troubleshoot complex production issues.
