Responsibilities

Own and execute the end-to-end Windchill testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and regression testing.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts using Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent enterprise tools.
Validate Windchill requirements, enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes across environments.
Manage UAT cycles and ensure business validation and traceability to requirements.
Collaborate with Windchill developers, architects, and functional analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Integrate testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines and track results, defects, and quality metrics in qTest or similar tools.
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and continuous QA process improvement.
Ensure testing aligns with IT governance, auditability, compliance, and regulated change requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in QA, testing, or validation roles, including hands-on test automation.
Experience testing Windchill PLM, including part and BOM management, document and CAD management, and change and workflow management.
Experience with Windchill configuration constructs such as ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, OIRs, types, and attributes.
Hands-on experience with Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent enterprise test automation tools.
Experience with qTest or similar ALM and test management platforms.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing integration.
Experience with PLM integrations involving ERP, CAD, or other enterprise systems is preferred.
Experience defining or implementing test automation strategies at scale and working in global distributed teams is preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools for defect and change tracking is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-triaging capabilities.
Fluent English at the C1 level.

Hybrid schedule in Katowice, Poland, with expected onsite work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless business obligations require otherwise.
