Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end Windchill testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks and scripts for regression testing and validation across environments.
- Validate functional and technical requirements for Windchill enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes.
- Perform risk-based regression testing and manage and facilitate User Acceptance Testing cycles.
- Collaborate with Windchill developers, architects, functional analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage and requirements traceability.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines and track execution results, defects, and quality metrics in enterprise tools.
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
- Improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency while maintaining governance, auditability, and compliance alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in QA, testing, or validation roles, including hands-on test automation.
- Experience testing Windchill PLM, including part and BOM management, document and CAD management, and change and workflow management.
- Experience with Windchill configuration constructs such as ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, OIRs, types, and attributes.
- Hands-on experience with Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent enterprise test automation tools.
- Experience with qTest or a similar ALM/test management platform.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-triaging capabilities.
- Fluent English at the C1 level.
- Preferred qualifications include experience defining test automation strategies at scale, CI/CD testing integration, PLM integrations with ERP or CAD systems, global distributed teams, and ServiceNow or ITSM tools.
