Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end Windchill testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and regression testing.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts using Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent enterprise tools.
  • Validate Windchill requirements, enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes across environments.
  • Manage UAT cycles and ensure business validation and traceability to requirements.
  • Collaborate with Windchill developers, architects, and functional analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Integrate testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines and track results, defects, and quality metrics in qTest or similar tools.
  • Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and continuous QA process improvement.
  • Ensure testing aligns with IT governance, auditability, compliance, and regulated change requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in QA, testing, or validation roles, including hands-on test automation.
  • Experience testing Windchill PLM, including part and BOM management, document and CAD management, and change and workflow management.
  • Experience with Windchill configuration constructs such as ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, OIRs, types, and attributes.
  • Hands-on experience with Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent enterprise test automation tools.
  • Experience with qTest or similar ALM and test management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing integration.
  • Experience with PLM integrations involving ERP, CAD, or other enterprise systems is preferred.
  • Experience defining or implementing test automation strategies at scale and working in global distributed teams is preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM tools for defect and change tracking is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-triaging capabilities.
  • Fluent English at the C1 level.
