Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, and integrate IAM solutions supporting RBAC, PBAC, and PAM.
- Implement risk-based automated access management and policy-based authorization.
- Enhance role-based access control, including management of birthright roles.
- Perform software development and testing for IAM solutions.
- Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex IAM product issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, and database programming.
- Hands-on experience with IGA, RBAC, PBAC, JML, PAM, JIT, and SOD solutions.
- Experience with IAM products such as RSA, SailPoint, Bravura, CyberArk, or similar tools, or experience contributing to IAM projects.
- Understanding of role-based and policy-based access control models.
- Experience with scripting and automation for access management workflows.
- Strong data analysis skills using Snowflake or similar products.
- Knowledge of broader IAM concepts and risk-based access management frameworks.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting technology.
- Knowledge of certificates, vaults, MFA, SSO, and compliance requirements.
