Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Automation.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce sharing, security, and data modeling for regulatory compliance and access control.
- Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Apex Web Services, Async Apex, and SOQL.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams.
- Establish Salesforce development standards covering code quality, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior developers and promote technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and solution design, including enterprise environments.
- Experience with Salesforce architecture, solution design, sharing and security models, data modeling, and platform configuration.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Apex triggers and programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flow Automation, SOQL, Apex Web Services, and Async Apex.
- Preferred experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipeline implementation, security and compliance frameworks, performance and scalability optimization, Salesforce Communities, and Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.
- Desired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Desired certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
