Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow HRSD capabilities including Employee Center, HR case and knowledge management, Employee Relations, and employee experience workflows.
- Translate business and service requirements into designs and configuration outcomes across build, testing, release, and support activities.
- Develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream applications according to platform architecture standards.
- Deliver employee self-service, HR service request, case management, knowledge management, lifecycle event, document management, and workflow automation capabilities.
- Configure and support sensitive Employee Relations case and investigation workflows while maintaining strict security and access controls.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, transfers, role changes, and other cross-functional employee lifecycle workflows.
- Perform defect management, issue triage, root cause analysis, release readiness, documentation, and service performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with architects, platform teams, scrum leaders, QA, security, data, integration, HR, Legal, and Global Business Services partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD configuration and support.
- Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow HR, employee service workflows, case management, knowledge management, lifecycle events, or related platform capabilities in a complex enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience configuring, securing, and supporting the ServiceNow Employee Relations module.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, product lifecycle management, agile delivery methods, and production support.
- Experience with configuration-driven delivery, issue triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with privacy, governance, controls, and secure design principles in an enterprise platform environment.
- Experience working in Jira or another agile development tool.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business, architecture, engineering, QA, security, data, and operations teams.
