Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Perform application monitoring, performance tuning, incident management, and technical troubleshooting.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions to immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with and help manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least five years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
