Responsibilities
- Be a foundational engineer for the Dashboard and its backend infrastructure.
- Design, build, and scale reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django.
- Develop user-facing frontend features with React and collaborate with Marketing and Design.
- Own projects end-to-end from technical design to implementation and iteration.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and best practices.
- Balance speed and quality with a focus on long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong track record of building, shipping, and maintaining production web applications.
- Deep experience with Python/Django and modern frontend frameworks like React.
- Primary-owner mentality with pride in systems and attention to detail.
- High bar for code quality—clean, documented, testable, and readable.
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines, especially with Design, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Ability to thrive outside your comfort zone and quickly learn new tools and technologies.
