Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the technical execution and delivery of significant platform capabilities.
- Manage HCP Terraform workspaces and policy implementations.
- Accelerate Vault adoption across CarGurus workloads.
- Maintain and operate the governed Amazon Bedrock platform.
- Expand the AWS self-service catalog and IaC offerings.
- Execute GitHub Actions maturity initiatives.
- Mentor teammates through code and IaC reviews.
- Collaborate with adjacent teams on technical concerns.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Incorporate AI tooling into engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps or platform engineering.
- Significant experience operating production workloads in AWS.
- High proficiency with Terraform and policy enforcement tools.
- Practical experience with HashiCorp Vault and dynamic secrets.
- Deep experience with GitHub Actions and supply-chain security.
- Ability to reason about cloud cost attribution and governance.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
