Responsibilities
- Build the agentic platform for creating, deploying, and monitoring AI agents on AWS.
- Ship production agents tailored to Bedrock's specific needs, including Q&A and Field Triage agents.
- Develop workflow automation agents to enhance internal productivity across teams.
- Design and implement MCP servers for exposing internal systems as tool interfaces for agents.
- Create evaluation and observability infrastructure for agents to ensure reliability and improvement.
- Iterate on agent UX patterns to enhance user interaction with agents.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering with ownership of production systems.
- Strong Python skills and experience with async patterns, API design, and AWS cloud-native development.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications, including agents and prompt engineering.
- Systems thinking to design a modular and maintainable agent platform.
- Comfortable working across the stack, interfacing with cloud infrastructure and end users.
- Strong written communication skills to encode domain knowledge for AI.
