Base Salary
$192k - $455k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build high-performance React/TypeScript applications at scale.
- Design real-time interfaces for complex cyber operation data.
- Lead frontend architecture and technical design decisions.
- Build interactive visualization systems such as graphs, timelines, and streaming views.
- Establish reusable frontend architecture patterns and component libraries.
- Improve engineering quality through code review, standards, testing strategy, and performance practices.
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing, feedback, technical coaching, and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate delivery across design, product, backend, and operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead frontend performance and reliability improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional frontend software development experience.
- Deep expertise building production React.js applications with TypeScript.
- Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience leading frontend technical initiatives and mentoring engineers.
- Experience with performance profiling, optimization, and rendering strategies at scale.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Hands-on experience with state-management patterns and libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
- Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams.
- Professional Git experience, including branch workflows, code review, and CI integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with complex data visualization, graph databases such as Neo4j, real-time streaming data, defense or security domains, AI/ML operational workflows, and component libraries or design systems such as Storybook.
