Responsibilities
- Lead the design, deployment, operation, stability, scalability, and security of OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
- Define and maintain containerization standards and platform governance for development teams.
- Resolve complex platform incidents and optimize cluster performance.
- Act as a technical point of reference for clients and internal teams, coordinate the team, and ensure delivery quality.
- Define platform standards, best practices, and mentoring approaches for junior team members.
Requirements
- Solid production experience administering and operating Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes, including cluster, node, RBAC, networking, and container security management.
- Strong knowledge of container technologies and ecosystems including Docker or Podman, Helm, Operators, Istio, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Experience technically leading teams and defining platform standards and best practices.
- Ability to mentor more junior professionals and serve as a technical reference for clients and internal teams.
