Base Salary
$178k - $338k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify healthcare provider revenue-cycle process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Design and architect UiPath RPA solutions aligned with business processes and objectives.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and oversee end-to-end RPA implementations.
- Provide technical expertise to sales teams during client calls, presentations, and proposals.
- Engage clients to understand needs, develop tailored solutions, and support successful delivery and adoption.
- Integrate RPA solutions into existing workflows.
- Train and mentor junior RPA developers.
- Obtain at least one UiPath Professional Certification during the first year of the contract.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional hands-on technical experience in backend development, full-stack development, or infrastructure support supporting enterprise users.
- At least 3 years of experience with object-oriented programming such as .NET, C#, or Python, or platform infrastructure support.
- At least 3 years of on-premises or cloud infrastructure experience, including Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, APIs, and networking.
- At least 2 years of experience with containerized deployments, including production Kubernetes deployments.
- Preferred experience with the UiPath platform, including platform infrastructure support or platform development.
- Preferred experience managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio in an enterprise environment.
- Preferred experience working in commercial healthcare IT environments and architectures.
- Preferred experience working with healthcare organizations or other commercial sectors.
