Responsibilities
- Design, train, optimize, evaluate, and deploy production-grade machine learning models.
- Build scalable data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, and large-scale data processing.
- Develop and maintain reproducible MLOps workflows and automate model deployment and lifecycle management across environments.
- Implement model drift detection, performance monitoring, experiment tracking, and automated retraining strategies.
- Work with Snowflake and Databricks while ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance compliance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product teams, analytics teams, and stakeholders to align ML solutions with business goals.
- Design dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
- Document ML workflows, best practices, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in ML engineering or applied machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, Dask, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for model development.
- Experience with Airflow, Kedro, MLflow, or equivalent MLOps tools.
- Experience deploying ML models in production through APIs, batch jobs, or streaming.
- Experience with feature stores such as Feast or Tecton and data versioning tools such as DVC.
- Knowledge of distributed training and GPU optimization.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of model explainability and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or technical blogs.
- Ability to solve complex problems and work effectively in agile, fast-paced environments.
