Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Develop workflow automation and business process management solutions using Camunda BPM.
- Integrate Camunda BPM with enterprise systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and optimize process execution and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead software quality and productivity best practices, mentor junior team members, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and align project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with Camunda BPM.
- Proficiency in Camunda BPM and Java Enterprise Edition/Jakarta EE.
- Experience with workflow automation, business process management, enterprise integrations, and scalable software component design.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
