Base Salary
$168k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ or comparable quoting and pricing solutions.
- Design scalable Sales Cloud and quoting capabilities covering lead and opportunity management, product configuration, pricing, discounting, guided selling, and approvals.
- Translate cross-functional business requirements into scalable technical solutions across Salesforce, connected ERP and billing systems, and other platforms.
- Own and optimize lead-to-cash processes across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Drive integration strategies with ERP, billing, marketing, legal, and other third-party platforms, including HubSpot, Marketo, and Ironclad.
- Create technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and data models while ensuring reliability, data integrity, and security compliance.
- Establish best practices for DevOps, testing, and change management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, including 3+ years of CPQ or similar quoting and pricing implementation and architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, lead pipeline management, lead-to-cash processes, quoting, pricing, subscriptions, renewals, amendments, and SaaS use cases.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flow, with strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as NetSuite, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, and CLM tools such as Ironclad.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, testing, and change management practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring abilities.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher.
- Preferred experience includes B2B SaaS or subscription-based business models, pricing strategies, quote-to-cash and CLM tools, CPQ APIs, custom pricing engines, ARR/MRR workflows, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
