Base Salary

$120k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Own large portions of the product end-to-end, from user insight and feature scoping through production delivery.
Build and continuously improve agentic systems for accuracy, reliability, and capability.
Develop AI systems using context engineering, tool use, and agent architectures.
Talk with users, understand their pain points, and scope features that solve real problems.
Build full-stack applications using Go on the backend and Vite, React, and TypeScript on the frontend.
Champion AI-first development practices, including coding agents, automation, and self-scaling workflows.
Review code quickly while maintaining high standards across the codebase.

Proven production experience building backend services in Go (Golang).
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Experience building frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with automated testing, deployment workflows, production monitoring, and observability.
Experience building and consuming REST and/or gRPC APIs in microservices architectures.
0–3 years of professional software engineering experience, full-stack or equivalent.
Prior startup or founding/early-engineer experience is a strong plus.
Experience building AI-driven products, including agentic systems, LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration, is a strong plus.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL, and NoSQL databases is a strong plus.
AI research experience or experience at an AI coding or tooling startup is a strong plus.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

$120,000–$250,000 USD annual salary and generous equity.
