Responsibilities
- Develop new functionality and improve existing systems with a focus on reliability and user experience.
- Make thoughtful trade-offs to balance speed and quality in software delivery.
- Use data to inform decisions and improve acquisition and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and QA throughout the development cycle.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET (MVC, Web API, .NET Core), and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with Ember.js is an advantage.
- Technical leadership skills to guide architectural decisions and code reviews.
- Solid experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and scalable systems.
- Experience delivering features end-to-end from design to production support.
- A sense of ownership over work with attention to quality and performance.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
