Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and debug software as part of a feature development team.
- Spend approximately 70% of your time on hands-on software development.
- Break work into well-scoped tasks and contribute to implementation plans.
- Participate in code reviews to improve technical quality and practices.
- Monitor applications in production and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Contribute to the product-wide technical roadmap and cross-team initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and refine solutions.
- Plan and execute automated tests for reliable outcomes.
- Integrate security, performance, and operational readiness into daily work.
- Use AI tools to enhance investigation, implementation, and testing processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with exposure to Python or modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and Docker.
- Comfortable working in an AI-assisted engineering environment.
- Ability to break work into smaller tasks and validate AI outputs for correctness.
- Stay updated on industry trends in technology and software development practices.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
