Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise engineering teams to drive adoption of Devin.
- Architect and implement AI workflows across various departments.
- Lead interactive programs like workshops and pair programming sessions.
- Guide customers in installing and optimizing AI tools.
- Demonstrate high-value usage patterns through pair programming.
- Track productivity metrics and surface ROI stories for business cases.
- Create structured playbooks and best practices based on customer learnings.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years in software engineering or related roles with strong coding skills.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively.
- Track record of driving technical adoption and measurable impact.
- Strong commercial instincts to grow accounts through successful engagements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.
