Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise engineering teams to drive lasting adoption of Devin and own customer outcomes beyond onboarding.
- Architect and implement agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product.
- Lead live workshops and pair-programming sessions for enterprise engineering teams.
- Guide customers through installing, configuring, and optimizing Devin, DeepWiki, and associated integrations.
- Pair-program on live production problems to demonstrate valuable usage patterns and improve applied AI fluency.
- Track productivity metrics, quantify impact, surface ROI stories, and support expansion cases within customer accounts.
- Convert customer engagement learnings into structured playbooks, best practices, digital learning content, and partner enablement models.
- Create enablement materials and shared playbooks based on customer learnings.
Requirements
- A degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer, technical consultant, deployment strategist, forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or in a similar role with strong coding proficiency.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- A proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
- A track record of driving technical adoption and measurable impact within engineering organizations.
- Strong commercial instincts and an understanding that successful engagements can grow customer accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An exceptional ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Experience leading developer enablement, platform adoption, or internal AI modernization initiatives is advantageous.
- Experience deploying or integrating LLM or agent-based systems in production is advantageous.
- Early-stage startup founding or operating experience is advantageous.
