Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform solutions.
- Build and support solutions across CSM, HRSD, ECP, ITSM, and other ServiceNow products.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow integration technologies.
- Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog solutions.
- Contribute to solution design, technical architecture, platform best practices, governance, and security.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot defects and performance issues, and resolve production incidents.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Platform Administrators, and cross-functional teams.
- Coach Junior ServiceNow Developers and colleagues and promote reusable, user-focused solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Employee Centre Pro, and IT Service Management.
- Experience with additional ServiceNow products such as Financial Services Operations and Legal Service Delivery.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience building and supporting REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ACLs, security, and platform performance best practices.
- Experience working in SAFe Agile delivery frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist certifications for CSM, HRSD, or FSO.
- SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist certification is desirable.
- Experience with Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, DevOps practices, source control, CI/CD, Automated Test Framework, and large enterprise or global environments is desirable.
