Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered data pipelines for extracting, cleaning, enriching, and transforming structured and unstructured data.
Orchestrate LLM workflows for data manipulation, validation, and cross-referencing.
Generate polished customer-ready outputs in Excel, PDF, Word, and other business formats.
Prototype emerging AI tools and convert proofs of concept into scalable production solutions.
Build and integrate full-stack applications connecting AI back ends with modern web interfaces.
Design and optimize relational and vector databases for AI workflows at scale.
Contribute to code quality, documentation, and maintainable system design practices.

University degree in an environmental or technical field such as Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Theoretical Business.
4–6 years of relevant experience in AI data engineering and/or an EHS-related field.
Hands-on experience with large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or open-source equivalents.
Understanding of embeddings, vector search, semantic similarity, and RAG architectures.
Strong Python skills, including async patterns, pandas, polars, and AI SDKs.
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI workflow orchestration frameworks.
Strong SQL, relational data modeling, and performance optimization skills.
Experience programmatically generating and manipulating Excel, PDF, and Word documents.
Experience building production APIs with FastAPI, .NET, or Node.js.
Preferred: Vue 3 Composition API and TypeScript experience.
Preferred: vector databases, AI-oriented data storage, containerization, cloud platforms, serverless architectures, NLP, document intelligence, data enrichment pipelines, Turborepo, or Nx.
EHS software, methodologies, and domain knowledge are advantageous but not required.
