Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and integrate Generative AI solutions into existing business workflows.
- Design, architect, implement, and productionize traditional software applications, GenAI agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Gather stakeholder requirements, establish success criteria, and deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Lead high-impact initiatives and end-to-end software delivery across multiple business functions.
- Serve as product owner by maintaining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, incorporating user feedback, and planning releases.
- Lead software development from design through deployment and manage the full lifecycle of deployed applications.
- Address technical debt and build scalable, reusable, documented architectures that meet security and compliance standards.
- Communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, and Office 365 teams.
- Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration and pair-programming practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- At least 8 years of advanced backend development experience with Python and JavaScript.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, coding in Python, and deploying complex GenAI and multi-agent systems in production.
- At least 2 years of UI and frontend development experience with React.js, TypeScript, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI architectures, embeddings, advanced RAG, hybrid search, agentic search, vector search, and full-text search.
- Experience developing, deploying, and evaluating GenAI solutions using evaluation frameworks and optimizing production AI cost-to-performance.
- Strong proficiency with Pydantic models for robust and maintainable GenAI architectures and workflows.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to translate user needs into technical specifications.
- Valid US visa required because the final interview stage takes place onsite in the United States.
- Preferred: PyTorch experience, AI model performance optimization, Azure-based CI/CD pipelines, AI and machine learning knowledge, GitHub portfolio, machine learning model integration, Azure Kubernetes experience, and knowledge graph experience.
