Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end demo environments across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
- Architect multi-product demo flows and create Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, connected environments, data models, personas, and integrations.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automation, including prototypes, scripted interactions, and browser extensions.
- Own demo technical readiness through rehearsals, code freezes, environment locks, live show support, stability management, and deployment coordination.
- Create setup guides, clickpath documentation, driving guides, and technical coaching for speakers.
- Collaborate with product marketing, design, product engineering, production, localization, and executive stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features, make architectural decisions, maintain proof-pattern libraries, and improve demo stability and build efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience in development, administration, or solution architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with org setup, configuration, data modeling, environment management, APIs, integrations, and connected system architectures.
- Ability to work under extreme time pressure and support high-stakes live event delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel at least 33% domestically and internationally and work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Preferred qualifications include live demonstration experience, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, Agentforce and agentic architectures, Slack development, Tableau integration, Data Cloud or CDP experience, scripting and automation, storytelling or presentation design, Salesforce certifications, Git/GitHub and CI/CD experience, mobile and device management, and creative or production-environment experience.
