
Technical Architect - Keynote Demos MTS
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end demo environments across Salesforce clouds and integrated third-party systems.
- Architect multi-product demo flows and create Salesforce demo orgs, Slack workspaces, data models, personas, and connected environments.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative platform automation.
- Build real-product implementations, prototypes, scripted interactions, browser extensions, and reusable proof patterns.
- Own technical readiness for keynotes, including rehearsals, code freezes, deployment timing, environment locks, and live show support.
- Create setup guides, clickpath documentation, driving guides, and speaker preparation materials.
- Support speakers during rehearsals and provide technical coaching for live demo execution.
- Partner with product marketing, design, product engineering, production, localization, and other cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and make architectural decisions about implementation and demonstration approaches.
- Improve demo stability, build efficiency, technical quality, enablement materials, and reference architectures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform in development, administration, or solution architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative automation.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
- Experience with org setup, configuration, data modeling, environment management, APIs, integrations, and connected system architectures.
- Ability to work under extreme time pressure with high-stakes deadlines and live event delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners.
- Willingness to travel at least 33% domestically and internationally and work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Preferred experience with live product demonstrations, large-audience events, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, Agentforce, AI agents, Slack, Tableau, Data Cloud, scripting and automation tools, version control, CI/CD pipelines, mobile device management, and creative or production environments.
- Preferred Salesforce certifications include Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
