Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of QA engineers delivering complex cloud and data center software.
- Provide technical direction and drive effective delivery across SoC, firmware, and system software.
- Perform hands-on validation, debugging, stress testing, performance testing, stability testing, and regression testing.
- Validate CPU, memory, high-speed I/O, RAS and telemetry, power and thermal management, networking, storage, and hardware bring-up.
- Validate secure boot, firmware authentication, reset flows, watchdogs, inter-processor communication, and mailbox mechanisms.
- Support validation of AI/HPC systems, accelerator hardware, networking, and representative neural-network workloads.
Requirements
- Strong C/C++ programming skills for low-level system and hardware validation, plus Python and Shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of the Linux server ecosystem, including firmware, kernels, device drivers, networking, storage, system management, and hardware bring-up.
- Experience with server management and BMC-based platform management.
- Experience with application processors and embedded/control processors in complex SoCs.
- Understanding of secure boot, boot-stage sequencing, firmware authentication, reset flows, watchdogs, inter-processor communication, and mailbox mechanisms.
- Hands-on validation, debugging, and stress-testing experience across system-level hardware and software components.
- Preferred knowledge of MPI/CCL-style communication stacks, collective operations, high-speed Ethernet, RDMA/Verbs, accelerator networking, AI/HPC systems, and data-center networking.
- Preferred knowledge of PyTorch, AI/ML training and inference workloads, model execution, tensor shapes, data types, numerical accuracy, accelerator validation, benchmarking, workload automation, stability testing, and regression testing.
