Responsibilities

  • Design and implement user-facing risk reporting and visualization capabilities for enterprise risk data.
  • Build high-performance React and AgGrid interfaces supporting drilldowns, pivots, filtering, navigation, and large datasets.
  • Develop .NET backend services and APIs that mediate access to OpenSearch and orchestrate queries and aggregations.
  • Implement OpenSearch indexing, querying, and consumption patterns for fast retrieval and fuzzy filtering.
  • Own performance, usability, maintainability, and reliability outcomes across the visualization layer.
  • Set engineering standards, promote testing and CI/CD adoption, and continuously improve technical approaches.
  • Collaborate with the CRR Development Lead and Senior Business Analyst on platform architecture and risk requirements.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior full-stack developers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience; the posting typically reflects 5+ years delivering full-stack applications in data-intensive or analytics-driven environments.
  • Strong experience developing backend services with .NET.
  • Strong experience building frontend applications with React.
  • Hands-on experience with AgGrid for large, data-intensive reporting views.
  • Exposure to cloud-native deployment models and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrated delivery of user-facing reporting or analytics solutions and ability to guide and mentor engineers.
  • Experience with risk, finance, or trading reporting platforms is preferred.
  • Experience consuming and querying OpenSearch is preferred.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL-backed data solutions is preferred.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring engineers in a delivery-focused environment is preferred.
