Responsibilities
- Develop secure multi-tenant cloud-native storage solutions.
- Implement and operate production-ready applications in Rust.
- Diagnose test failures and performance regressions.
- Lead development and project management for large initiatives.
- Identify, design, implement, test, and support new features.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming and debugging distributed systems.
- Strong systems fundamentals, including multi-threaded programming.
- Experience with building and operating multi-tenant cloud services.
- Familiarity with database internals or core components for data processing.
- Hands-on experience in developing performance-sensitive software.
- Experience with large backend/compiled codebases, preferably in Rust or C/C++.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and ability to assess project complexity.
- Interest in high-availability systems; M.Sc./Ph.D. is a plus.
