Responsibilities
- Support strategic implementations of the Celonis Platform by connecting customer data to actionable business outcomes.
- Participate in process mining discovery, data transformation using SQL and Python, and AI-driven analysis to identify execution gaps.
- Build and deploy AI-forward solutions using Machine Learning and LLM integrations.
- Participate in discovery and requirements workshops and communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and apply built-in quality control to code and analyses.
- Collaborate with Business Analytics, Academy and Global Programs, Business Apps, Product and Engineering, Solution Architecture, and Celonis Support teams.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience building technical solutions during studies or internships.
- Comfort with Python and SQL and foundational understanding of Machine Learning and AI architectures.
- Interest in how technology creates financial value through ROI, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Curiosity, solution orientation, confidence managing stakeholders, and ability to navigate complex corporate environments.
- Ability to interpret data and recommend appropriate business actions.
- Excellent English and native or proficient German, French, or Italian communication skills.
- Available to start full time from February 1, 2027.
