Base Salary

$130k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale software systems across backend and frontend components.
Use AI and LLMs to accelerate development and power product features.
Own projects end-to-end, including scoping, design, implementation, and rollout.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Client Solutions, and engineering teams.
Improve internal engineering systems and processes for testing, deployment, observability, and agentic coding.
Participate in on-call rotations supporting production systems.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience with modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Golang.
Experience developing software for cloud environments.
Ability to balance technical quality, development velocity, and user value.
Preferred experience includes TypeScript, NodeJS, React, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, or Terraform.
Preferred experience includes healthcare or health-tech software, early-stage software companies, agentic coding tools, and LLM-powered products and systems.
