Responsibilities
- Build complex Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Use Salesforce APIs and integration patterns to connect Salesforce with organizational systems.
- Develop secure, high-performance, and scalable technical solutions from business requirements.
- Maintain code documentation and write and maintain test classes for custom development.
- Support and take ownership of release cycles, deployments, and updates to applications and code.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment activities.
- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, administrators, and developers.
- Drive technical initiatives and guide junior developers.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL, Declarative Flow automation, REST APIs, Salesforce configuration, security models, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for working with product managers, stakeholders, and administrators.
- Salesforce developer certification such as Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder is desirable.
