Responsibilities

Build complex Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
Use Salesforce APIs and integration patterns to connect Salesforce with organizational systems.
Develop secure, high-performance, and scalable technical solutions from business requirements.
Maintain code documentation and write and maintain test classes for custom development.
Support and take ownership of release cycles, deployments, and updates to applications and code.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment activities.
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, administrators, and developers.
Drive technical initiatives and guide junior developers.

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL, Declarative Flow automation, REST APIs, Salesforce configuration, security models, and integration patterns.
Understanding of CI/CD and Salesforce deployment methodologies.
Strong communication skills for working with product managers, stakeholders, and administrators.
Salesforce developer certification such as Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder is desirable.
