Responsibilities
- Own the full stack: React, Django, PostgreSQL.
- Design and scale backend APIs, data models, and infrastructure.
- Ensure frontend architecture and performance meet high UX standards.
- Collaborate with product, CV, and design to launch cohesive features.
- Manage production environments on AWS, GCP, and Heroku.
- Prototype quickly and mentor team members to raise engineering standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-stack development with React and Django.
- Strong understanding of web architecture and system design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Experience scaling applications to millions of users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for user-centric design.
