Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ship search improvements that developers notice.
- Own the search API end-to-end, ensuring a seamless integration experience.
- Dogfood the API to identify and resolve user friction.
- Translate research findings into actionable product decisions.
- Run fast product experiments to enhance search functionality.
- Raise the bar on developer experience by addressing inconsistencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in applied reinforcement learning, machine learning engineering, or model training.
- Strong understanding of developer experience and API ergonomics.
- Ability to connect product and engineering concepts fluently.
- Hands-on experience in building and shipping features.
- Familiarity with search concepts like recall, precision, and query understanding.
- Experience operating production systems under real load.
