Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Drive customer demonstrations and Proof of Values showcasing the CodeRabbit platform.
- Help respond to customer security questionnaires.
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues and improve the product experience.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools and platforms.
- Improve internal tools and document playbooks, guides, and best practices.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, including 2 or more years in a dynamic, fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders ranging from technical teams to business leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Strong experience with software development tools and platforms.
- Comfort working with command-line environments.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership, self-motivation, and eagerness to acquire new skills and solve new problems.
- Willingness to mentor and upskill peers through training and shadowing.
- Bonus: experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitHub Actions.
