Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude discovery, evaluation, adoption, and deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical content for engineering, development, executive, and business audiences.
- Guide scalable cloud architecture decisions and enterprise-system integrations.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Native or C1 Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, teaching, mentoring, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Interest in applying technology safely and beneficially to advance safe AI systems.
