Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related backend technologies.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized tools to manage and deploy microservices.
- Monitor application and microservice performance and security, proactively resolving issues and optimizing services.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build, deploy, and manage applications through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or equivalent tools.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS.
- Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant full-stack development experience; financial services experience is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Hibernate.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PL/SQL or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience with frontend and backend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with Git or comparable version control systems.
- Hands-on ReactJS development experience, including JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and ReactJS libraries or frameworks.
- Understanding of test-driven development and experience with Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, or Mockito.
- Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional are preferred.
- Coding repositories such as LeetCode, HackerRank, or GitHub are preferred.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
