Responsibilities
- Own and deliver growth experiments from ideation to analysis.
- Build customer-facing features to enhance funnel conversion and engagement.
- Design and implement scalable APIs or high-performance user interfaces.
- Collaborate with Data Science to define success metrics and analyze results.
- Contribute to experimentation frameworks and growth tooling infrastructure.
- Share ownership of product decisions and influence growth strategy.
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code for millions of users.
- Improve engineering quality and operational efficiency within the Growth team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in backend development (e.g., Kotlin, Java) or frontend development (e.g., React, TypeScript).
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing features with measurable impact.
- Deep interest in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decision making.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, hypothesis-driven environments.
- Ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals or equivalent experience.
- Curious and resourceful with a passion for solving ambiguous problems.
