Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models and Generative AI.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
- Build and integrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop scalable services and APIs and manage AI projects from prototyping through production deployment.
- Evaluate models, frameworks, and emerging AI technologies, including benchmarking performance, cost, and scalability.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and business processes.
- Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and cloud specialists and support deployment and monitoring across cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Hands-on Python development experience.
- Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions.
- Practical experience developing or implementing RAG-based applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional-level English and Spanish proficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, embeddings, MLOps or LLMOps, and production AI deployments.
