Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI and business automation solutions.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms through APIs and cloud services.
- Develop backend and frontend applications supporting intelligent solutions.
- Implement conversational agents, virtual assistants, and automated business workflows.
- Collaborate with software engineering, data, and operations teams.
- Industrialize, monitor, and maintain deployed solutions in production environments.
- Contribute to architecture design, technical standards, and development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong Python and backend service development experience.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions into business processes.
- Experience with APIs, distributed architectures, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or equivalent cloud environments.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, .NET, React, LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, Docker, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
